Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order you place on our website, aerodoze.co.uk (and aerodoze.com). They explain who we are, how the contract between us is made, how delivery, cancellations and returns work, and what to do if something goes wrong. Please read them before you order, and save or print a copy for your records.

1. Who we are

This website is run by [OWNER FULL NAME], a sole trader trading as [TRADING NAME] under the brand AeroDoze ("we", "us", "our").

We are not registered for VAT, so we don't charge VAT and our receipts don't show a VAT amount.

We reply to emails within 1 working day. In these terms, a "working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. If we need to contact you, we'll use the email address (or phone number) you gave us when you ordered.

2. Our product

We sell the AeroDoze: an inflatable forward-lean travel pillow made of flocked PVC.

3. Using your AeroDoze safely

4. How our contract is formed

  1. Choose the AeroDoze pillow (or our 2 for £40 offer) on our website and click the buy button. You'll be taken to a secure checkout page run by our payment provider, Stripe.
  2. Enter your email address, delivery address and payment details, and any discount code you have.
  3. Check your order before you pay. The checkout page shows what you're buying, the total price and the details you've entered. You can correct any mistakes in your details before you pay, or go back to our website to change what you've chosen.
  4. Click the pay button to place your order. This means you're offering to buy the products and agreeing to pay for them. Payment is taken when you place your order.
  5. You'll then see a confirmation message and receive an email receipt confirming that we've received your order and payment. This acknowledges your order; it doesn't mean we've accepted it yet.
  6. We accept your order when we email you to confirm that it has been dispatched. The contract between you and us is formed at that point.

If we can't accept your order (for example, because the product is out of stock, we can't deliver to your address, there's an error in the price or description, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of a discount code), we'll email you and refund the full amount as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days.

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full within 14 days.

The contract is concluded in English. We keep a record of your order (see our Privacy Policy), but we don't keep a copy of these terms for each customer that you can access online, so please save or print a copy. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.

6. Offers and discount codes

Referral codes

Rewards for referring friends

At the moment, a referral code gives your friend a discount only; we don't offer a reward for referring. If we introduce a referrer reward, we'll publish its details here before it starts, including what the reward is, who can get it, when it's given, any limits and any expiry date, and it will apply only to referrals made after that date. Unless those details say otherwise, a reward will only be earned once your friend's order has been delivered and their 14-day cancellation period has ended without the order being cancelled or returned. If rewards are introduced, anyone who shares their code publicly, for example on social media, must make clear that the post is an advert (for example by using #ad).

7. Delivery

Full details are on our Delivery & Dispatch page.

8. Your right to cancel (if you change your mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

See our Returns & Refunds page for how to return items and for the model cancellation form.

9. If your product is faulty or not as described

We're under a legal duty to supply products that match this contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. In summary:

Please email us with your order number, a description of the problem and, if you can, photos or a short video. We'll cover the reasonable cost of returning a faulty item, and we'll pay any refund you're entitled to within 14 days of agreeing that you're entitled to it, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

Your legal rights don't cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery by accident or misuse, for example a puncture from a sharp object.

10. Our responsibility for loss or damage

11. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or disruption at a carrier. If such an event is likely to delay your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay. If the delay is likely to be substantial, you can contact us to cancel and we'll refund you for any products you've paid for but not received.

12. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies used on our website and at checkout.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we run our business. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you're unhappy with anything, please email us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We'll reply within 1 working day and do our best to put things right quickly.

We aren't a member of any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and we aren't required to use one. If that changes, we'll update these terms and tell you about the scheme when we respond to a complaint.

For free advice about your rights, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 (England and Wales). GOV.UK lists the equivalent services in Scotland and Northern Ireland at gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights. You can also take a claim to court (see section 16).

As a UK business, we don't use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which closed on 20 July 2025.
