Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind, or something isn't right? Here's what you can do.

Changing your mind: your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In plain terms, the 14 days start on the day after your order is delivered to you (or to someone you've nominated to receive it). If your order arrives in separate deliveries, the 14 days run from the day after the last item arrives.

You can also cancel at any time before your order is dispatched, and we'll refund you in full. If your order is already on its way when you cancel, simply send it back when it arrives, as described below.

How to tell us

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us ([OWNER FULL NAME] trading as [TRADING NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], email [CONTACT EMAIL]) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, for example an email or a letter sent by post. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Sending the items back

You must send the goods back to us at [RETURNS ADDRESS] without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us that you're cancelling. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked service, and please keep your proof of postage.

Your refund

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. (Our standard UK delivery is free, so there is normally no delivery charge to refund.)

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  1. 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  2. (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
  3. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund in your account.

Looking after the items if you might return them

The AeroDoze pillow is designed to be used against your face, so please treat everything as you would if you were trying it in a shop:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If items come back used, damaged or incomplete, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. In some cases, for example if the pillow has clearly been used, the reduction can be up to the full price you paid. If we make a deduction, we'll tell you why.

Faulty or not as described

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These are in addition to your right to cancel, and they don't depend on the 14-day cancellation period.

We'll cover the reasonable cost of returning a faulty item: we'll either email you a prepaid returns label or refund your reasonable postage costs (please keep your receipt). If you're entitled to a refund, we'll pay it within 14 days of agreeing that you're entitled to it, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

These rights don't cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery by accident or misuse, for example a puncture from a sharp object. They don't affect any other legal rights you have.

How to return an item: step by step

  1. Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number. Tell us whether you're cancelling because you've changed your mind or reporting a problem. For a problem, include a short description and photos or a short video (for example, showing where the pillow loses air). You can use the model cancellation form below if you like.
  2. Get our reply. We'll reply within 1 working day to confirm the next steps. For a faulty item, we'll send you a prepaid label or explain how we'll cover your postage.
  3. Pack it up. Deflate the pillow and pack it securely. Add a note with your name and order number.
  4. Send it to [RETURNS ADDRESS] within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. Use a tracked service if you can and keep your proof of postage. Please don't send returns to any other address.
  5. Get your refund. We'll check the items and refund you within 14 days of receiving them (or of receiving proof that you've sent them, if earlier). We'll email you when the refund has been made.

Model cancellation form

You don't have to use this form, but you can. Copy it into an email or a letter, fill it in and send it to us only if you want to cancel your contract.
